Refund & Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their recurring billing membership at any time, without any penalty or fee. To cancel the membership, members must notify us by email at thecirclefastpitch@gmail.com or through their online account profile. We reserve the right to verify the identity of the member requesting cancellation to ensure security and prevent unauthorized cancellations.
Refunds for membership fees will be provided under the following circumstances:
a. If the cancellation request is made within 5 days of the initial purchase or renewal, a full refund will be issued.
b. If the cancellation request is made after 5 days of the initial purchase or renewal, refunds will not be issued for the current billing cycle. However, future billing cycles will be canceled, and no further charges will be incurred.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5 business days of the cancellation request. No refunds will be provided for partial membership periods that have already been utilized. Any promotional or discount offers applied to the membership fee may be prorated or forfeited upon cancellation.
In exceptional cases, such as technical errors resulting in overcharges, billing discrepancies, or issues accessing the membership benefits, we will review and address refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Members experiencing financial hardship or extenuating circumstances may request special consideration for a refund outside the standard policy. These requests will be evaluated at our discretion.
We reserve the right to update or modify this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members through our website, email, or other appropriate channels. Continued use of the membership after changes to the policy will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
