My daughter Jade is currently participating in 8u softball and has expressed interest in becoming a pitcher, despite having no prior experience in pitching. Although Jade will not start pitching until she reaches the 10u level, we have opted to initiate early training, allowing her sufficient time to develop her skills. Our daughter started with Coach Carollin 2 years ago.  The progress in mechanics, control, confidence, and speed she has made in the past 2 years is amazing. Our daughter came to The Circle Fastpitch shortly after she started playing select softball. She was pitching the 'hello elbow' style she learned while in little league. Coach Carollin started her off with improving her foot, and wind up mechanics first then moved onto teaching her internal rotation. IR was a little difficult and a very frustrating transition for our daughter. However, she continued to worked hard with Coach Carollin and on her own at home and now she is pitching IR with confidence. Our daughter loves working with Coach Carollin. Together they have built a trusting and open relationship. 😊
